On reaching the completion of my report I have found that its almost impossible to compare
charities. They have such differing agendas and audiences and their success is often not
measured financially or in any tangible way. T Hart, J Greenfield and M Johnston write
interestingly about this in their 2005 book Nonprofit Internet Strategies.

klara,
ReplyDeleteit sounds as if through your intense research you implemented many various ways of trying to compare charities tools when funding.
no project is unsccessful though! well done for trying to collect and compare this data. i know from talking to you that you liaised and interviewed a wide-scop of important people in the theatre-funding world.
was there any interesting clashes in funding across the theatres you researched?

Hi Klara,
ReplyDeleteYou may have not had a postive outcome to your research as such. But did the process of your project reflect on your professional practices?
I always find it alot easier to write about things that did not go to plan or if the desirable outcome was different for some reason, but hope your finding your report ok to write.
Like Sarah mention you put a lot of hard work into this project and you've had some fantastic network oppertunities. Look forward to seeing your presentation.
